Why?
There are many reasons why your account can be suspended, such as unpaid invoices or a violation of the Terms Of Service, resulting in an abuse case. Please use the following instructions to get your account reactivated.
Billing
The most common are unpaid invoices. If you forgot to pay an invoice, go to your billing control panel and pay it. Your account should be automatically unsuspended. To get to your billing control panel, click billing to the right of this paragraph.
Abuse
Abuse cases can also result in suspension, if you have violated the Ameteria Terms Of Service, then your account will be suspended until the violation has been fixed. To check if your account has been suspended due to a abuse related incident, please go to your ticket control panel by clicking tickets to the right of this paragraph.
